RES-Q360 presented at Norway International SAR event
#Better Together - An International Search & Rescue event on Handnesoya island in Norway delivered in more ways than one. Thanks to our host Paula Rzewuska and KENAZ DOG for all the preparation and making the participants so welcome. The island was stunning, and we were lucky to be treated to the northern lights on multiple occasions.

RES-Q360 considers all elements of the Search Operations cycle, from the initial point of receiving information, the planning of the search, managing the operations with plans, teams and assets, through to the on the ground tactical activity, and finally the debriefing. Others only concentrate on the tactical search activity and debriefing.
RES-Q360 will work for all variations of Search & Rescue, from the larger government agencies through to the volunteer organisations either affiliated or independents.
RES-Q360 offers multiple components:
Level 1 - Soft skill training on understanding and awareness of what impacts Search Assurance & Quality, and what you can empower your teams to do about it.
Level 2 - /Builds upon the soft skills (understanding and awareness) and adds a level of practical Search Skills training with Search Assurance in mind.
Level 3 - Incorporates the soft skills, the practical application with the use of a Dashboard to measure and monitor Search Assurance levels.
All supported by Aide memoirs (check cards), Dashboard, Common Operating Picture, and soon to be joined by an App.
RES-Q360 is NOT a system you have to buy, it is NOT a process you have to integrate, it WON'T change what you do, but it will change HOW you think about it, and enable you to deliver the HIGHEST LEVEL of SEARCH ASSURANCE you can.
